Imadjen Consulting is based in South East Queensland and specialises in delivering business outcomes for our Clients.  This is more than just a tag-line.  Upfront identification of expected business outcomes is core to our delivery approach, particularly with ICT enabled initiatives, which often focus on the technical aspects of delivery alone, leaving the business struggling to see the value from an expensive investment in promising technology.

Our project delivery approach includes the standard project management disciplines, such as delivering to timeframe, budget and quality, but includes a strong focus on delivering to specifically targeted business outcomes.  Key to this approach is the structured and proactive management of organisational change.

 

Value Management / Portfolio Management

From a more strategic perspective, Imadjen Consulting can assist Clients to understand the comparative value of potential and existing initiatives in their investment portfolio, providing a clear view of the mix of investments in terms of 'value' and risk.  This comparative view is particularly valuable in informing investment decisions, tracking the value of initiatives over time and even encouraging investment in initiatives that contribute to specific business goals.

There are two critical elements in the establishment of an accurate and informative portfolio view of this nature:

·         Confirming the definition of 'value' specific to the Client; and

·         Undertaking a 'value assessment' of each initiative in a consistent manner.

Our consultants have a wealth of experience in delivering these services across both Corporate and Government organisations. We can assist Clients with all aspects of the service including helping to define 'value' for their business, tailoring our 'value assessment' tools specific to their unique requirements, and undertaking or assisting with the value assessment itself.
